Exhibitors themselves are able to report visitation to their own stands with the use of barcode readers (portable barcode scanners). The centralized list with full details of visitors to each exhibition stand is delivered to exhibitors in digital form, immediately after each event.
Expodata designs and implements web software for on-the-spot registrations (On-site Registration) and checking visitors’ attendance. This software prints and delivers tickets/badges with details of locally registered visitors and their personal barcode identification, and also creates a database with visitor data (emails, mobile phone numbers, etc.).
